Important notice on installing the driver
******************************************
There are two packages for installing the driver. 
To install the driver, choose the appropriate package based on 
your connecting method for the PC and a DM-D and the version of 
the EPSON Advanced Printer Driver used with the TM printer.
Determine the version of the EPSON Advanced Printer Driver for 
the TM printer by the selected port name from the Ports tab of 
the Properties of the TM printer driver to which the DM-D is connected.
When the port is ESDPRTxxx, then the version is Ver3.xx or later
When the port is other than ESDPRTxxx, then the version is Ver2.xx

1.Stand alone connection: Use ADM_301aE_without_TM.exe for the installation.
                  With EPSON IR-700, perform the installation using ADM_301aE_with_TM.exe 
                  though a stand alone connection is used. 

2.Pass through connection: Use the appropriate driver version depending 
                           on the printer driver of the TM printer to be connected.

   Ver3.xx or later: Use ADM_301aE_with_TM.exe for the installation
   Ver2.xx: Use ADM_301aE_without_TM.exe for the installation.


3.Y connection: Use the appropriate driver version depending on the printer 
                driver of the TM printer to be connected. A Y connection is also 
                used when using EPSON IR-3x0 and EPSON SR-600 in the TM/DM 
                mode or DRW/DM-D mode.

   Ver3.xx or later: Use ADM_301aE_with_TM.exe for the installation
   Ver2.xx: Use ADM_301aE_without_TM.exe for the installation.


4.Connection to a UB-U:ĦĦUse the appropriate driver version depending on 
                         the printer driver of the TM printer to be connected.

   Ver3.xx or later: Use ADM_301aE_with_TM.exe for the installation
   Ver2.xx: Use ADM_301aE_without_TM.exe for the installation.

1. About this software
This package includes the following software programs to use with an EPSON 
DM-D Customer Display.


The driver operation has been verified with the following operating systems. 

	Microsoft Windows NT4.0 Workstation SP6a English
	Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional SP4 English
	Microsoft Windows XP Professional SP1 English
	Microsoft Windows XP Embedded English

This driver is not supported by Windows 95/98.
The EPSON DM-D120 printer driver cannot be used with Windows NT 4.0.
