Information about software quality problem [Target software] OPOS Ver.2.80E R3 The same failure does not occur in OPOS 2.80E R2 and earlier versions [Target products] TM-m30, DM-D30 (when connecting to TM-m30) TM-T88VI, DM-D30, DM-D110, DM-D210(when connecting to TM-T88VI) [Failure Symptoms] Printing is stopped during the continuous printing process. A timeout error is issued 45 seconds (10 seconds for DM-D) after the erroneous event and then the printing is restarted. [Cause] In OPOS 2.80R3 development, we changed the print completion process, and caused this problem. [Probability of this failure occurring] Low ( Likely to occur in Synchronous print, not in Transaction print) [Plan of releasing the modified software version] We have released a modified OPOS ADK. Latest EPSON OPOS ADK --------------------------------- This is the OPOS industry standard printer driver to control POS peripherals using Windows OLE technology. It allows you to develop applications that are compatible with the Unified POS specification. [Changes from Version 2.80E R2] New support model: TM-T88VI, DM-D30 New function: Printing using multiple interfaces in TM-T88VI and TM-m30. Changed function: FNC1 character can be printed with GS1 128.
