Explanation The Firmware Updater allows you to update the firmware of the printer. However, depending on the usage environment, the update may cause malfunction of the printer. Please contact your dealer or system integrator to make sure that there is no problem with the update.

- Fixed a bug that some 2-byte characters are printed as `?` with the ePOS-Print.

- Fixed a bug that a character string following the 2-byte character (printed as '?') to the end of `` tag cannot be printed with the ePOS-Print.

- Fixed a bug that wireless printing is not possible if the wireless router and Wi-Fi Direct have different frequencies when the wireless dongle (optional) is used.

  • Firmware can not be updated for TM Utility Ver.3.6.0 and earlier. Please upgrade to TM Utility Ver.3.7.0 or later.
  • With TM Utility Ver.3.7.0 or later, user management, password, access code are unnecessary.

  • Use the Firmware Update function of the TM Utility to update the firmware of the printer.
